About the Experience:
The campsite is settled at an off-beat location of an altitude around 10,000 feet mean sea level. This whole zone is marked by white sheets and views of mountains all around. One will be staying inside the snow-made homes, also called Igloo, and feel the warmth of snow, not ironically but in real. Accommodation in Igloo will be on double sharing basis and for your utter comfort, warm feather sleeping bags with extra fleece will be provided with thick foam mattress and hot water bottles.
About the Activities:
The experience includes trekking, skiing, snowboarding, tube slide, Igloo Making, slide ride along with a complimentary snow dress. If you need a guide for the snowboarding & skiing session, just ask us at a little more cost. Moreover, you will get evening bonfire and music for the best time of your life.

How to reach?
From Mall Road, Manali, a 45 minutes drive to the mountain top by shared 4 wheel drive cab will land you at the campsite base.

Advisory

    • All Igloo and skiing activities are subject to timely and sufficient snowfall and favourable weather conditions.
    • Follow the instructions carefully without making any unnecessary fuss.
    • Keep the environment neat and clean.
    • Due to unforeseen reasons beyond human control, if an activity(s) is postponed/cancel for some time or even for a short duration, it is advisable to the clients to be a little flexible in their schedule so that they can enjoy the stay fully.

Manali Igloo Stay: Cancellation Policy

    • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
    • If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
    • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
    • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Manali Igloo Stay: Refund Policy

    • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 3 business days.
    • All applicable refunds will be done in traveller’s Tripazzi wallet as Thrillcash

Manali Igloo Stay: Booking Confirmation Policy

    • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
    • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
    • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
